A Target stands for a protein with a specific sequence for which we want to generate structure calculation problems. The automated setup stores all information regarding one target in a specific directory and its subdirectories. However, the user should not directly interact with this directory or its contents but rather use the provided tools (setup_list, setup_display, setup_target, setup_run) to view and manipulate the Target.
All Targets of the user or a group of users can be collected in a common path that can be specified by the environment variable CS3_BENCH_TARGETLIB or by the cmd-line options -target_prefix. In this mode, the target-directory is given by the name of the target (option -target) and the target-prefix. Alternative the path of the target directory can be specified directly by -target_dir.
