p>The low-resolution mode in Rosetta is often dubbed Centroid Mode, since the side-chain atoms of each amino-acid are represented by a single centroid sphere. To add a splash of inconsistency the Centroid-Mode representation also has an explicit CB atom, but no HA or HB atoms.
