Hi,
I installed toolbox 1.3.1 by running install.py. But when I used pick_fragments.py, the error came out saying no "setup_paths.pl":

Could you please help?

Hi Oliver,
Hi Oliver,
I used "./install.py".

Hi Tao,
Hi Tao,
the behavior you describe is rather unexpected.
Please communicate with me directly via my work email if the problem still occurs.
The plain command ./install.py should install everything correctly, and does so for most users.
Best,
Oliver
