Hi
I noticed a bug in the install.py file which comes in versions (1.02 and earlier one from 26th of June), namely,
the rosetta_bin and rosetta_dir are not properly parsed when specified in the command line interface.
If I modify the install.py file and add the required absolute path to rosetta installation (this is just after the block: #final paranoia check: quiet because it is probably double), then installation is finished successfully.

Hi Alex,
I am sorry, I believe we had fixed this bug in version 1.2.
I also changed the cmd-line options to -rosetta instead of rosetta_bin and rosetta_dir.
Could you retry with the newest version (1.2 or 1.2.1) and send me your cmd-line and a more detailed description of what is going wrong ?

i had the same error
hello i had the same error i had to change the path of the rosetta directory in the script for the insall script to work
